HIGHLIGHTS
Friday, July 26:
Monticello’s Opera House is hosting an Evening of Jazz. Tickets are $12 and the event starts at 7:00 PM.
The Mae West Band is performing at Fifth and Thomas starting at 9 PM. Entry is free.
Darryl Steele & Friends will be performing at Bradfordville Blues Club starting at 9:00 PM. Tickets are $20 (advanced) or $25 (at the door).
Saturday, July 27:
Downtown Market at Ponce de Leon begins at 9 AM
Sundown Concert Series in Cascades Park featuring the Lee Boys and John Bellamy & the Rebels. The Concert is free and food trucks will be on scene. Begins at 7:00 PM.
Goat Yoga at Milk and Honey Acres begins at 8:30 AM and costs $20. Reservations are required.
Sunday, July 28:
Trivia and a Movie is showing The Craft at Cap City Video Lounge. Begins at 4 PM. Trivia with a prize begins before the movie, it costs $5 to join a team. Cap City Video Lounge has moved to Railroad Square Art Park. The video below was filmed before they moved and gives an idea of the premise of Cap City Video Lounge.
The Next Week, July 29- August 01:
July 29: The City Hall Galleries is showing a Fiber Arts Quilting Exhibition called Unity in the Community. This is a free event, hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
July 31: Hearth and Soul + Momentum are hosting a strength training class every Wednesday in July from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. This event is free, but reservations are needed.
August 01: Food Truck Thursday is being held at Lake Ella, the band is Wailin' Wolves. Event starts at 5:30. Check the facebook page for any rain-outs.
