The Tally-Ho Historical Costume Ball begins at 6:00 PM at Goodwood Gardens. Tickets start at $30. (This is now sold out)
Tallahassee’s Bicentennial is showing Invisible History: Middle Florida’s Hidden Roots, a film by Valerie Scoon, at Goodwood Museum and Gardens. This will begin at 1:00 PM and is a free event with registration.
Tallahassee Yule Tide Market at Noon at Tally Print Studio. There will be food and drinks available.
Monday, December 02:
The Museum of Fine Arts (MoFA) at FSU’s exhibition HOMO SARGASSUM will have a curator conservation at 5:30 PM. This is a free event.
Camp Gordon Johnston WWII Museum in Carrabelle begins its newest exhibits. One will commemorate the attack on Pearl Harbor while the second will focus on Christmas During the War. The exhibits will run until January 04.
Tuesday, December 03:
The annual PRISM concert begins at 7:30 PM at Ruby Diamond Concert Hall. Tickets are $25. PRISM will end on Friday, December 06.
Blue Tavern hosts Sunshine Lemonade at 5:00 PM. This is a free event
Hearth and Soul host the book launch for Suzanne Allen’s newest book, The Wrong Lady Meets Lord Right, at 6:00 PM. The book can be pre-ordered.
Wednesday, December 04:
One Night Only featuring R&B singer, Joshua Showtime Williams, Saxophonist Trey Daniels, and DJ BoWeezy will start at 7:00 PM at TNL Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $$35-50.
Ink Portal, a literary and writing circle, at Thomasville Center for the Arts, starts at 6:00 PM
Tallahassee State College’s Jazz Band performs at 7:00 PM at Maguire Center at Westminster Oaks
Hearth and Soul’s Let’s Go Girls, features line dancing on the patio, custom personalization on bags, hats, or cups by artists Lily Kemp, hat branding by Lily Kemp, and a Poco Vino wine tasting. It begins at 5:00 PM. Admission is free.

Downtown Yoga begins at 6:00 PM at Kleman Plaza. Bring your own mat and water bottle.
LeMoyne’s Holiday Cocktail Party begins at 5:30 PM. Tickets are $25-30.
Hearth and Soul is hosting the Friends of Maclay for a Happy Hour. It starts at 5:00 PM and features drinks, food, and a sale on the month’s featured candle.

The first Friday at Railroad Square begins at 6:00 PM. The theme is “Warm Winter Wishes” and many vendors will be available for the perfect holiday gifts.
The Almost Christmas Concert with Pierce Pettis, Del Suggs & The Allstars begins at 8:00 PM at Theatre Tallahassee. Tickets start at $22.
The first day of the Botanical Bas Relief Workshop begins at 9:00 AM at Tallahassee Senior Center for the Arts. This is a two-week workshop and will cost $32.
Camellia Christmas at Maclay State Park at 6:00 PM, Donations are welcome! There will be music, hot cider, and Santa.
Deck the Halls, the premier fundraiser for the Tallahassee Senior Center, will start at 6:00 PM. There will be live music, food, a martini bar, and a silent auction.
Lee C Payton and Hot Tamale are hosting a concert and Toys for Tots Drive at Blue Tavern at 8:00 PM. Admission is $10 and one new and unwrapped toy. Please do not bring toy guns or anything made of Play-Doh.

Farmer’s Markets are ongoing
Hearth and Soul is having a meet and greet with the North Florida Wildlife Center at 1:00 PM. There will be events for kids and animals from the Wildlife Center. This is a free event.
The Museum of Fine Arts (MoFA) at FSU is hosting Family Day starting at 11:00 AM. MoFA is exhibiting the Quilts of Mrs. Gussie Beatrice Arnold Hill. There will be music, food, art-making, and a conversation between family members, Anjali Austin and Althemese Barnes, as they reflect on their Tallahassee histories and the meaning of family. This is a free event.
The Tallahassee Pottery Market, featuring 35+ local Ceramicists, will open at 9:00 AM at the United Church of Tallahassee
The Grove Museum’s Open House begins at 10:00 AM. A Historic Preservation Tour walk begins at 10:30 AM. A Nature Walk begins at 2:00 PM. The Grove is partnering with Tallahassee’s Elder Care Services and is hosting a supply drive. Needs are listed on the website. This is a free event.
Capital Tea’s Bring Back the Love Gala will be at FSU Alumni Center’s Ballroom at 5:00 PM. Tickets are on sale.
The Handmade Pop-Up Market at Native Nurseries of Tallahassee begins at 11:00 AM
Old Porch Swing and Magnolia South at the American Legion Hall, Post 13 (at Lake Ella) will start at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $10 at the door.

A Seasonal Celebration of FSU’s combined choirs at Ruby Diamond Concert Hall begins at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $10.
The Lodge at Wakulla is having a Brunch with Santa at 10:00 AM. Tickets start at $11. Kids get a goodie bag and a picture with Santa. All ticket holders get Brunch.
Tallahassee’s Alternative Christmas Market has its last day at John Wesley United Methodist Church from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
The Southwood Christmas Market begins at 10:30 AM.
Monday, December 09:
Tallahassee State College’s Capital City Band will perform holiday tunes starting at 7:00 PM at the Tallahassee Senior Center. Donations at the door are asked ($5). They will go to the Tallahassee Senior Center.
Nitro Circus at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center starts at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $21.50, and lot parking is $10 (bring cash).
Tallahassee Civic Choral performs Looking for Light at 7:30 PM at Turner Auditorium. Tickets start at $12.00.
Wednesday, December 11:
Downtown Tallahassee hosts Movies in the Park: Elf. The event will begin at 6:30 PM, with the movie starting at 7:00 PM. Food can be ordered from downtown restaurants. Bring your picnic blankets or chairs (for the brick area).
The Kingdom Choir, part of Opening Nights, will perform at Ruby Diamond Concert Hall at 7:30 PM. Tickets start at $30.00. The choir sang at Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan’s wedding in London.
The Panhandle Archaeology Society of Tallahassee (PAST): The Early Days of Tallahassee will feature Kimberlyn Elliot (Senior Curator with the Museum of Florida History) and Marie Prentice (PAST President and Collections Manager with the Florida Bureau of Archaeological Research) who will talk about Governor Thomas Brown and the hotels in what is modern-day downtown. A reception begins at 6:30 with the presentation at 7:00. PAST events are open to the public and are free to attend.

Pop Contra Dance at the Tallahassee Senior Center starts at 7:15 PM. Entrance is $0-10.

The annual Walk with a Doc at Cascades Park will begin at 9:00 AM. This is a free event. Dr. Shermeeka Hogan-Matthews will lead a discussion on goal setting to help you stay motivated and focused through the winter months. While pre-registration is recommended, it is not required.
Downtown Tallahassee is hosting Just One More Holiday Market starting at 10:00 AM
The Santa Paws walk begins at 10:00 AM at Lake Leon in Tom Brown Park.
The Holiday on the Harbor Festival Boat Parade of Lights at Carrabelle begins at Noon.
The Tallahassee Reckoning will host its first soccer clinic at 9:00 AM at Gene Cox Stadium. This is for ages 6-14.
Holiday on Market begins at 10:00 AM at the Market District Tallahassee. There will be a visit from Santa, Zumba, giveaways, and other family-friendly events.
Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra and Cirque de la Symphonie team up for the annual Cirque de Noel for two shows. One will start at 3:00 PM and the second show will start at 7:30 PM. There will be new and old favorite music and aerial acts. Tickets are $35-64. Parking passes are separate. Cirque de Noel will be held at Ruby Diamond.
Monticello Opera House presents The Krickets and The Currys Annual Christmas Concert. The Lobby opens at 7:00 PM with the show starting at 8:00 PM. Tickets start at $24. The Lobby will have a cash bar.
A Very Lofty Musical Christmas at Lofty Pursuits begins at 1:00 PM. There will be music, a visit from Santa, and live candy-making.
River Obscura shows at Challenger IMAX at 3:00 PM

Killearn United Methodist hosts The Living Christmas Story beginning on December 13 with its last night on December 15. It begins at 6:30 PM. This is a free event.
The Tallahassee Youth Orchestra will perform at Ruby Diamond Concert Hall at 3:00 PM.
Blues (performed by Blues Meets Girl) and BBQ at the Crooked River Lighthouse will start nat 6:00 PM. Tickets to the show and dinner, as well as the climb to see the full moon, can be purchased online.
Starring Jerry As Himself shows at the Challenger IMAX at 3:00 PM
The annual Holiday Stroll at Cascades Park starts at 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM. There will be live music along the trails and hot cocoa

The Allison Christmas Spectacular starts at 6:00 PM. The Spectacular is in Havana, on Sandy Creek Road. The shows are free and meant to be drive-through.
Tuesday, December 17:
The Capital Chordsmen will perform at 7:00 PM at the Tallahassee Senior Center Auditorium. Tickets are $5-10.
The Holiday Greenery Workshop at Goodwood Museum and Gardens will start at 1:00 PM. Reservations are required, and the workshop costs $40.
Wednesday, December 18:
Goodwood Museum and Gardens hosts Wonderful Wednesday: Lil Grizzly Boogie Band at 6:00 PM at the Roller Rink. Tickets are $5.00
Martini Wednesday at the Brass Tap begins at 4:00 PM. Ages 21+
Thursday, December 19:

A Guided Forest Meditative Walk begins at 10:00 AM. Tickets are $30.
Christmas Movie Night at Bannerman will show The Polar Express. Food and drink will be available for purchase starting at 4:30 PM. The movie begins at 6:00 PM. Bring your own blankets and warm weather wear to be comfortable.
Beatles Night at The Moon starts at 7:00 PM. Tickets start at $20.
Soul Santa and Mrs. Claus will meet children ten and under at the Walker-Ford Community Center from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. They will then move to the LeVerne Payne Community Center from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Registration is needed to meet Soul Santa and Mrs. Claus.

The film, Joyeux Noel, about the Christmas Truce of WW1 is showing at the Challenger IMAX at 5:00.
