Wednesday, April 3:
The Village Square hosts Speed Date with your Local Leaders at the Carriage House. Leaders rotate to different tables for a set time allowing citizens to meet and ask questions. Begins at 6 PM.
Thursday, April 4:
Tallahassee Theatre’s The Producers begins its run at 8:00 PM. The show will continue until April 21. Tickets are $15-25.
Friday, April 5:
Springtime Tallahassee Music Festival begins at 6:00 PM with the beer garden opening at 5:30 PM. This free event at Kleman Plaza features a concert by Rodney Atkins and Jackson Dean.
Opening Nights presents Terence Blanchard and the E-Collective with the Turtle Island Quartet. The concert begins at 7:30 PM at Ruby Diamond. Tickets are $25-$40.
Junkanoo Caribbean Heritage Carnival begins at 4:00 PM at Railroad Square Art Park. This is a free event.
First Friday at Railroad Square begins at 6:00 PM
Lynard Skynard and ZZTop perform at the Civic Center at 7:00 PM. Tickets start at $40.50.
Hell House Whiskey Bottle Signing plus a Meet and Greet with members of Lynyrd Skynyrd at Total Wine and More. Ages 21+
Stop at the Station celebrates National Poetry Writing Month. The Tallahassee Visitors Center and Domi Station will be open at 5:00 PM. There will be a few poetry readings and a performance by FSU’s Accabelles.
Friends of the Library Spring Title Wave Book Sale at the main branch. Shopping begins at 10:00 AM, and members get one-hour early shopping at 9:00 AM.
Saturday, April 6:
Springtime Tallahassee Grand Parade (10:30 AM) and Jubilee in the Park (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). The parade begins at Monroe Street and the Jubilee is in the Chain of Parks.

St. Augustine Lion’s Seafood Festival begins at 10:00 AM and goes to 9:00 PM in St. Augustine, Florida Admission is $10 for adults, free for children.

Monday, April 8:
Midtown Reader hosts author Patti Callahan Henry and her new book, ‘The Secret Book of Flora Lee’. A ticket includes an author talk and a signed edition of the book.
Tuesday, April 9:
The Sycamore Assembly hosts an English and Scottish Dance at Goodwood Museum and Gardens. It begins at 6:30 PM and tickets are $10.
Wednesday, April 10:
Midtown Reader hosts Annabelle Tometich in conversation with Ann VanderMeer about Tometich’s memoir ‘The Mango Tree’. The event begins at 6:30 PM and admission is free. The book can be purchased at Midtown Reader.
Tallahassee Film Society is showing ‘Indigo Girls: It’s Only Life Afterall’ at All Saints Cinema at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $9 to $11.
Goodwood Museum is hosting a book signing with author Donna Meredith of her new book ‘Margaret: Rose of Goodwood.’ This is a fictional book based on the life of Margaret Wilson Hodges Hood. The event begins at 5:00 PM. The book will be available to purchase for $15.
Thursday, April 11:
FSU’s Meet the Artist hosts Méadhbh O’Connor at the Museum of Fine Arts beginning at 6:00 PM. Méadhbh O’Connor is one of the artists in the exhibition Talamh agus Teanga (Land and Language). This is a free event, but registration is required.
Hot Tamale will perform at LeMoyne for its new exhibit "Soulful Feelin': A Folk Art Celebration." This begins at 5:00 PM and is a free event for members, $5 for non-members.

Tallahassee Music and Bike Fest featuring Frank Simon
FSU’s University Philharmonic Orchestra is performing at Ruby Diamond Concert Hall beginning at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $7-$10.

Tallahassee Music and Bike Fest featuring Twista
Southside DIY festival begins at 10:00 AM. This is a free event at the Anita Favors Plaza. This festival promotes and celebrates DIY activities for the S.C.R.E.W.S. initiative.
Tallahassee Rodeo at the Fairgrounds begins at 5:30 PM. Tickets are $25
Zach Bartholomew and the Michael Baken Trio will perform at Vino Beano at 8:00 PM.
The Coolbreaze Art and Smooth Jazz Festival will be held at Cascades Park, with performances at the Adderley Amphitheater. Tickets are free up to $40. There will be food trucks as well.
