Winter Festival 2018

Tallahassee’s Winter Festival occurs on December 1, 2018. It includes four stages for musical acts, a children’s area, a parade, lighting ceremony, craft and food stalls and the Jingle Bell Run.

Schedule:

Entertainment, Shopping and Food opens at 3 PM

Lighting Ceremony, featuring the mayor begins at 6 PM

Jingle Bell Run begins at 6:15 PM

Nighttime Holiday Parade begins at 7:15 PM

 

Lighting Ceremony:

Judge’s Platform, South Monroe Street at Bloxham Park

Jingle Bell Run information:

Begins at the corner of Park Avenue and South Monroe Street.

This is a 3 kilometer run and registration is required. The fee is $15 for early registration or $20 for day-of registration. The first 2000 runners are given a shirt and hat. Please note that credit cards are not accepted.

Parade information:

The parade begins at North Monroe Street and Tennessee Street and ends at Monroe Street and Madison Street.

Stage Locations:

Entertainment begins at 3 PM and ends at 10 PM. There is also a children’s activity space in Kleman Plaza (200 South Duval Street). Acts are listed here.
